MERRY WANDERERS

 

 

The Merry Wanderers Transition Project is designed to support pupils in making a smooth social and academic transition to Secondary School.

 

The project would see pupils and teachers working with highly experienced Bright Torches Practitioners who will introduce a range of dynamic drama approaches which will develop students’ literacy and oracy skills. The project begins in the summer of Year 6 and culminates in an ensemble performance of A Midsummer Night’s Dream by the same pupils, now year 7, in October.

 

The performance will be attended by parents, carers and the wider community.
